At PiranhaVending.com & BuyVending.com, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please review the following return policy to understand our guidelines for returns and refunds.
Expected Ship Times:
Our standard shipping time after ordering is about two weeks. If there are any delays, we will communicate this information promptly.
Refunds:
No refunds are offered after the product has been shipped. Once the vending machine is in transit, the sale is considered final.
Order Cancellation Before Shipping:
If you change your mind before the product ships, please contact us immediately at info@pirahnavending.com or call us at 586-997-1212 to cancel your order. In such cases, you will receive a full refund within 5 business days.
Return Process:
No returns once the vending machine has been shipped.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective vending machine, please contact us immediately at 586-997-1212 with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate. Upon delivery, refuse the shipment and it will be returned back to us. A replacement machine will be sent out.
Criteria of the product:
Due to the high cost of shipping there and back, returns are not practical. Only machines damaged in shipping can be returned if you refuse the delivery.
